Jacob’s Story
May 29, 2010- June 30, 2022
“He loved to go on rides in the car with the windows down so the wind could hit his face and he would be smiling the entire time.
He loved being with his family and friends, hearing loud screams and noises he thought were funny, he loved his brother who was alway around for him, reading to him, talking to him.
Although you were only with us for a short time, your impact on this world will be felt forever. You were an incredible force of energy and spirit, and you touched the lives of everyone who knew you.
Despite the challenges you faced, including TBCK, tracheotomy, hypotonia, and epilepsy, you never let them define you. You approached life with a determination and joy that was infectious, and your smile could light up a room.
Your energy was boundless. You never stopped moving, exploring, and engaging with the world around you. You were always eager to learn new things, and you never let your physical limitations hold you back.
Your spirit was equally remarkable. You had a love for life that was unmatched, and you brought so much joy and happiness to those around you. You had a kind heart, and you were always quick to offer a hug or a smile to anyone who needed it.
Your passing has left a hole in the hearts of all who knew you. But your memory will live on, and the impact you made during your time with us will never be forgotten. You were an inspiration to us all, and your courage, strength, and joy will continue to inspire us for years to come.
Rest in peace, dear Jacob. You will be forever loved and missed.”
